For gowns bought from the current collection. This allows time for up to three fitting sessions before your event.
Rental gowns can be arranged quickly — often within the same week — subject to availability in your size and preferred style. Alterations included.
An honest policy.
A bridal gown altered to your measurements cannot be resold. For this reason, our return policy is straightforward — and we will always explain it clearly before any work begins.

Only at the atelier.
If you would like to exchange one gown for another — before alterations have begun — this is possible and we will accommodate it with grace. Exchanges must be done in person at the atelier, where Rima can guide the new selection and any price difference can be settled at the same time.
We do not process exchanges remotely. The atelier is where the conversation should happen — in person, unhurried, with the gowns in front of you.
If something is not right — the fit, the gown, the timing — please tell us as early as possible. The sooner we know, the more we can do. We have never wanted a bride to leave unhappy.
Planning from abroad?
We work with international brides regularly — via video consultation for the design phase, and DHL Express for delivery. Send us your destination and wedding date and we will map out the timeline.
