Maison Rima (Rima Malaeb), Azmi Street, Tripoli, Lebanon — is the data controller for any personal information you share with us. We are a bridal atelier, not a technology company. We collect only what we need to serve you well, and we treat every detail you share with the same discretion we bring to every gown.

Most of our client communication takes place over WhatsApp. When you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta's privacy policy applies to that interaction — you can read it at whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy. We do not control how WhatsApp or Meta handles your data on their infrastructure.

If you sign up to our mailing list via the form on this website, we will occasionally send you updates about new collections, atelier events, and editorial content. These messages are sent only to subscribers.
You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any email, or by writing to privacy@maisonrima.lb. Unsubscribing from the mailing list does not affect your client file or our ability to contact you regarding an active order.
Client records — including order details, measurements, payment history, and correspondence — are kept for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with Lebanese tax and commercial record-keeping requirements. After that period, records are either archived in a secure format or securely destroyed.
Mailing list subscriptions are held until you unsubscribe. General enquiry records are retained for 2 years and then deleted.
